B2B Marketing Manager
Professional Beauty Solutions (PBS) is a leading Australian-owned beauty distribution
company, positioned at the forefront of the beauty industry in Cronulla, Sydney. With a
portfolio that includes 15 esteemed global beauty brands, they manage the Australian
brand representations for beauty brands, including: Image Skincare, Pure Fiji,
Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Sunescape Tan, Makeup Eraser, and many more!
As a B2B Marketing Manager at Professional Beauty Solutions, you will be stepping into
a dynamic and pivotal role within the company, focusing on developing and executing
comprehensive marketing strategies to support their salon partners and drive B2B
sales. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a
hands-on approach to marketing. You will be responsible for managing the teams
Marketing on a Platter (MOAP) program, leading the creation of impactful salon
marketing tools, and overseeing trade social media efforts and community engagement
initiatives.
Your role involves meticulous planning and execution of the annual marketing calendar,
managing promotional activities, and coordinating marketing events and trade shows to
enhance brand presence and support sales efforts. As a key player in the team, you'll
work closely with sales, design, product development, and other departments to deliver
cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do in This Position:
● Create and refine sales presentations, brand brochures, website copy, and flyers
to support salon partners and drive brand engagement.
● Manage Marketing Calendar & Promotions
● Lead the Marketing on a Platter (MOAP) Program, providing salons with
customisable marketing materials to enhance their in-house promotions.
● Identify marketing opportunities and implement strategies to increase brand
awareness and drive B2B sales, including trade advertising and salon-specific
campaigns.
● Oversee email marketing campaigns and flows, focusing on customer retention,
loyalty, and salon engagement.
● Manage trade social media and community engagement:
● Lead generation and campaign management in conjunction with the sales team,
including webinars, presentations, and follow-up communications.
● Coordinate marketing events and trade shows, ensuring a cohesive and
brand-aligned presence to support sales efforts.
● Create, nurture, and support relationships with salon partners and key
stakeholders.
● Manage lead generation campaigns.
● Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in creating and executing
marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and
drive sales.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Bring:
● Significant experience in B2B marketing within the retail, FMCG, or beauty
industries preferrable.
● Exceptional ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment are crucial.
● A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and executing
marketing opportunities
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create
compelling marketing materials and presentations.
● Experience in providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to
junior team members, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
● Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and making data-driven
decisions to optimise future marketing efforts.
