Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving client retention, and fostering growth through strategic insights and proactive engagement.This role offers a direct pathway to an Account Director position, involving more strategic responsibilities, problem-solving, and team leadership. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled client experiences, meeting and exceeding their goals and expectations from on boarding to project completion.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships built on trust, becoming their reliable point of contact for all matters related to our services.
  • Develop and implement effective media plans, leveraging your deep understanding of digital media, including PPC, social media, and search strategies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in interpreting campaign data and metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization and improved performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring seamless project management, timely deliverables, and adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and contribute to client retention strategies.
  • Craft compelling communications and presentations that effectively convey campaign performance, strategies, and results.
  • Actively stay abreast of industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients' growth.
  • Lead by example in problem-solving, adapting strategies to evolving client needs and market dynamics.

Your Background? You have around 4 years of experience in an agency or similar environment. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effortlessly build and maintain strong client relationships, and make sure they are happy. When it comes to crunching numbers, you're the analytical ace who transforms data into practical insights. Collaboration is your middle name; you've got the demonstrated ability to lead and work harmoniously with internal and external teams.
